It’s time for another Call For Entries for Art in the Mayor’s Office. This round the theme is Transitions, light to dark,left to right, sea to sand, you get the picture. Send in you best interpretation in  any all 2D medias. This project in nearly 2 yrs old and has been viewed by hundreds of visitors to Helene’s office.
