Public Art Mapping Project

In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the rebuilding of Santa Barbara as the American Riviera, a community-wide campaign is being launched to celebrate the city’s rich tradition of public art. The project, titled “100 Years of Santa Barbara Public Art,” aims to engage the community in voting for their favorite public art pieces in Santa Barbara.
The Santa Barbara Arts Collaborative, in partnership with Santa Barbara Beautiful, Sullivan Goss, and Irene Hoffman Design, invites the public to the "Best Of" Public Art voting, a new community engagement campaign running September 4–24 in partnership with the Santa Barbara Independent. Exciting participation incentives will be revealed at the meeting.
Come be part of this collaborative effort to spotlight the public art that shapes Santa Barbara’s story—and help bring it to life for the next 100 years. Don't forget to follow us on Instagram @sb_publicart.
