It’s time for our first Call For Entries of 2013 for Art in the Mayor’s Office. To begin the year we are having a completely open call for any medium or subject.
Space is limited so most selections will need to be hanging work no larger than 36 inches tall by 36 inches wide INCLUDING THE FRAME. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please fill out the simple application and submit up to three digital examples of your work.
The deadline to apply is noon on Monday, February 18th, 2012. The selections will be reviewed by a small panel and announced by Monday, February 25th. The opening will coincide with 1st Thursday, March 7th. We chose to do an open call so we can get a better picture of the variety of art in Santa Barbara. This will guide us to create themes for this year’s remaining 3 exhibitions. Whether you are an emerging artist or an established artist we encourage you to apply. APPLY HERE
